ESTABLISHING THE COMPANY

In 1992 the brand “DANKO” has been established under the name “Carpenter Danko”. The first steps for our company were to get to know the existing market and set up a manufactory, of which quality still represents us today.

2000

GRAND OPENING OF OUR FIRST SHOWROOM

In the year 2000 we were proud to open our first official “DANKO” store with our own branded kitchens in Ziar nad Hronom.
As the main focus during this time was on producing quality kitchens, we have stopped the manufacturing of all the other segments such as interiors and so on.

2002

OPENING OF OUR SECOND SHOWROOM

We are proud to introduce our second showroom in Zvolen where we have been closely working with a shop called TECHNIK. This has led us to opening our second showroom within the TECHNIK shop.

2003

OPENING OF THE THIRD SHOWROOM

Our brand DANKO is getting recognition on the market; therefore the next logical step for us is opening our third showroom in the capital of Slovakia – Bratislava. We always try to be closer to our customers.

OUR FIRST EXHIBITON

„Nabytok a Byvanie“– an exhibition in Nitra which is enjoyed by the professionals, architects, journalists and even by the public. In 2003 we have become a part of this experience where we were able to present our ideas, solutions and knowledge.

CHANGE OF NAME

As our production has decided to specialize only in kitchens, this resolved in changing the name of our brand from “DANKO“to “DANKO KITCHENS“.

2004

2004 – 2006

Exhibiting has become a very strong communication channel during these years, therefore we have become regular exhibitors at “Nabytok a Byvanie” in Nitra.

2009

EXPANSION OF THE PRODUCTION

After many requests from our clients, we are expanding our production once again. Still operating under the name”DANKO KITCHENS”, we now manufacture and install entire interiors & bathroom furniture as well as kitchens.

EXHIBITION

2009 was our last year exhibiting at “Nabytok a Byvanie” in Nitra. As the time progresses, so do we and thus our communication channels had to advance to the electronic channels of communication. Our philosophy became optimized quality, which you can reassure of yourself still today.

DANKO KITCHENS

We are proud to be using the newest technology and the latest methods to produce furniture from veneer, melamine face chipboard and timber, while complying with all European Health and Safety Regulations. Thanks to being able to do what we love and years long experience working with wood, we are able to produce and design kitchens in style which You helped us create.
We design our kitchens to work with you, not against you – we pay extra attention to its functionality, ergonomics and an esthetic quality of the overall product. Our lovely team is trained to give all the professional advice you may need and will also provide you with the necessary information for you to make an informed decision. They are available to you in any of our three showrooms in Zvolen, Ziar nad Hronom and Bratislava.
Part of our standardized preparation process is a computer visualization of the order, this is how we show our client what we can do in detail and give them a range of practical solutions to choose from, even before the order gets into the manufacturing process.
The well trained staff of “DANKO KITCHENS” will help you with the choice of the design and the overall interior of your kitchen. If interested, our staff is able to recommend a range of appliances (e.g. lighting, sinks, water taps, hoods), as these are an inseparable part of a well structured kitchen.
Thanks to our experience and the complexity of our manufactory we are able to create an interior design for you to go hand in hand with your kitchen.
